·         RETURNS POLICY

To request repair service, you must email sales01@winbocn. A Proof of purchase invoice will be required to ensure that the product was purchased from WINBO or an WINBO authorized reseller by the first enduser.

·         Returns for refunds will be accepted for new, unopened and unused products that were purchased in stock at the regular retail price directly from WINBO. These units can be returned for up to 30 days for a 15% restocking fee.

·         Returns for refunds of opened and used printers will be considered within the 30 day return period provided that the units are not modified and pending an evaluation of the state of the printer to determine the correct restocking fee. The minimum of a 15% restocking fee will apply.

·         Returns for refunds of opened or used filament spools and accessories will not be accepted.
