  • 8、 Why it takes a long time to upload photos?

  •    When the photo uploading is time-consuming, reasons may be as below:


       1) The internet speed is too slow. 


       2) The uploaded photo is too big (normally the photo pixel should be around 1024×768).It is recommended that photo-processing software such as Photoshop, Picasa, Acdsee should be applied to compress the photos before uploading.

  •    1) click on "Expanding Preview" in the design screen to check your design.

     

       2) Click on "buy" and expand the "Product Preview".

  • 10、 Are the designs need to be done online even for group-buying?

  •    Yes, the group-buying customers also do the design online.

     

       1) After finishing a design, you may click “order” and "Continue shopping"  continue other designs.

     

       2) You may purchase more than one item with the same design by modifying the purchase quantity.

     

       3) Your photos may be submitted to Winbo Mall’s Customer Service and your designs will be finished accordingly.
